Spin
Challenge yourself to a full body workout, while pedaling to the beats of the music! Immerse yourself to race, climb that mountain, or jog it out. Combined with a weight portion, improve your cardio, increase your stamina, while being kind to your joints!
Our standard class lasts between 45 and 50 minutes including warm up and cool down. Keep
**We encourage you to work at your own pace. Bring water, indoor shoes or SPD compatible cycling shoes. We provide towels, weights, and water if needed, and refreshing cool towels for after!
Private Bookings
Our amazing space is available for your special occasion when you want to get together with up to 13 of your closest friends, colleagues, or teammates! Get set to ride for 35-50 minutes of our rhythm based spin class and enjoy the space all to yourselves.
For $140 plus GST you get an instructor, all the bikes, and of course an amazing experience.

Pilates
Pilates is a low impact class , created to challenge your flexibility and mobility, increase your core strength, connect your mind to body, while focusing on breath work. Using a variety of equipment from weights, resistance bands, to the Pilates ball, expect to be challenged!
*All levels are welcome! We encourage you to listen to your body first and your instructor will provide options throughout the class for modifications .
Express 35
We understand that your time is precious! We are now offering Express 35 - 35 minutes of Barre, Spin, or Pilates. Get set to work out efficiently and get a full body workout, in one of the 3 modalities that we offer. Always included is a warm up, workout, and cool down.
